At Notacon 9 in Cleveland on April 13, 2012, I did an introductory IPv6 talk (warning: has NSFW language) called Get Your Kicks On Route IPv6. A revised (and SFW) version from a November 15, 2012 KYOSS talk is here. Wikipedia's IPv6 article is also a decent starting point on learning it.
